I. How we gather and use your personal information
For your convenience of using the services on the platform, you may choose whether to authorize us to gather and use your personal information under the following circumstances:
1) Microphone-based functions: you may send voice message to the doctor and talk with the doctor upon video inquiry and consultation.
2) Camera (webcam)-based functions: you may scan, upload certificate, upload historical medical report, upload medical examination report, upload hospitalization record report, set portrait, upload medication record image, and send photo of message box and dialog with doctor, etc.
3) Camera (photo gallery)-based functions: you may upload real image to guarantee your binding of Seer Health supporting hardware and equipment through scanning, consult a doctor on video, scan, upload certificate, upload historical medical report, upload health examination report, set portrait, upload medication record image, and send photo of message box and dialog with doctor, etc.
4) Geographic location-based functions: you may enable positioning service, search for the nearest cooperative hospital and choose the organization for health examination.
5) Telephone-based functions: you may call our customer service and third-party service.
6) Installed application-based functions: you may share with your friends our applications and content related to health circle.
7) Notification-based functions: after you enable the notification permission of the platform, you may receive the message prompt from the platform, such as information of successful reservation, message sent/replied by the doctor, payment message, approval of application for review, and other prompts.
8) Personalized recommendation management-based functions: after you enable the permission of targeted personalized recommendation setting, we might recommend to you content related to expert lectures, motion module, and diet module you prefer based on your hobby, consumption habit and browse information, etc. After you disable the aforesaid permission , relevant content will be recommended at random.
After enabling the permission, you may disable it in equipment setting, and we will not call the disabled permission by then. Please be noted that your enabling any permission represents your authorizing us to gather and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once any permission is disabled, you have revoked the permission, where we will no longer gather or use relevant personal information based on relevant permission and be unable to provide you with the services in response to the permission. Nonetheless, your decision to disable the permission will not affect the gathering and use of information based on your prior authorization.
When you use our product and/or service, we need/might need to gather and use your personal information including the two types below:
1. Necessary information you must authorize as to gather and use in order t o realize the basic functions of our product and/or service for you : If you reject to provide corresponding information, you will be unable to use our product and/or service properly;
2. Information you may authorize us to gather and use in order to realize the additional functions of our product and/or service for you : if you reject to provide, you will be unable to use relevant additional function properly or to reach the effect we propose. Nonetheless, it will not affect your proper use of the basic functions of our product and/or service.
We may gather and use your personal information to realize the functions below:
(I) Register and Log-in
Seer Health Platform provides you with service based on Seer Health member account. To register a member account, you must provide us with your phone number. If you already have a WeChat account, you may authorize the use of your WeChat username and password to create Seer Health Platform account and to log on Seer Health Platform.
After logging on the platform, if you provide the following extra information to make your personal data complete, it will help us provide you with health monitoring data analysis, sleep data analysis, geographic location searching, early warning notification, user operation push, and medication record reminder, etc. based on your personal status : your account name, gender, date of birth, place of residence, your real portrait, height, weight, life style, past medical history, and other health conditions . The aforesaid information is sensitive. Rejecting to provide the information will make you unable to receive real name authentication and related functions only, but will not affect your proper use of other Seer Health functions.
(II) Commodity or Service and Information Display
1. In the display of measurement service and result on Seer Health supporting hardware equipment, the measurable indexes are subject to the service package you purchase. To provide you with more comprehensive and accurate measurement service, we need to use your data information input on Seer Health Platform based on your own demands, including medical record, past medical history, and health examination report. Meanwhile, we will gather your measurement data information via wireless data terminal products in order to display the appraisal of your physical condition, trend forecast, daily health report, etc.
2. While you are using our services, we might automatically gather your use information and store it as weblog in order to ensure your account security, to identify the account error and to understand the product suitability, including:
1) Backstage service log management: when you use our product or service on our website or app, we will gather the detailed information on your use of our service and save it as service log, including browse, click, search, favorites, shopping cart, trade, after-sales, followed and shared information, released information, IP address, browser type, language, and date and time of access.
2) Read the equipment call state and identification code and identify mobile phone ID to guarantee network traffic-free service from the provider, for the purpose of completing information display and account login. Please be relieved as the permission cannot monitor or access the content or information of any call.
3. Please be noted that independent service log information cannot be used to tell the identity of the specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information for the purpose of identification of the specific natural person or use it with personal information, such non-personal information will be deemed as personal information during combined use. We will anonymize and de-identify such information unless authorized by you or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
Besides, we will also use your above information to constantly improve and optimize the above functions.
(III) Favorites , Shopping Cart, Follow, and Sharing
While browsing our website or app, you may choose the commodity and/or service of your interest and add it to your favorites, follow, etc. While you are using the above functions, we may gather information including your favorites and shopping cart to make sure the functions are realized.
(IV) Order Placement and Management
While you place orders on specific commodity and/or service in our product and/or service, we will produce orders on the commodity and/or service via the system. During order placing, you need to provide your consignee’s name, shipping address, and consignee’s telephone at least. Meanwhile, the order will specify the information of the commodity and/or service you purchase, exact order number, order creation time, and your amount payable. We gather such information to help you consummate the deal , guarantee your trade security, check order information, provide customer service and after-sales service, and service other purposes we expressly inform you of.
You may order commodity and/or service for others on Seer Health Platform. You shall provide the real purchaser’s above personal information. If child’s order is involved, you shall be authorized by the child’s guardian before placing the order.
For your understanding, inquiry, and management of order information, we may gather your order information produced during use of our services, for the purpose of display to you and for your convenience of order management.
You may fill/select more additional information including another telephone and time of receipt to make sure the commodity or service is delivered punctually.
(V) Payment Function
To complete order payment, you shall choose a payment method and may use the online payment service at the Platform. We may collect information about your third-party payment accounts (Alipay account, WeChat payment account and bank card number) for payment verification. We will share necessary information, including your bank card number and validity period of your bank card, with the corresponding financial institution that you choose. The above information is sensitive, and refusal to provide such information will lead to failure to access to the payment completion and associated functions but will not affect the normal use of other functions of Seer Health .
You agree that we collect the information about payment progress from the transaction object or financial institution that you choose in order to know and confirm your payment progress and status timely and provide after-sales and dispute settlement services.
(VI) Payment for Commodities or Services
If the commodities and/or services that you purchase shall be served through a logistics company, we will disclose the order-related shipping information to the corresponding logistics and distribution subject designated by the provider of commodities and/services. You know and agree that the corresponding logistics and distribution subject inevitably learns and uses your distribution information for the purpose of completion of delivery.
You agree that we collect the information about delivery progress from the logistics service provider in order to know and confirm the delivery progress and status timely and provide after-sales and dispute settlement services.
(VII) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or file a sale or after-sales or dispute resolution application, we will ask for necessary personal information to verify your membership to ensure your account and system security.
We may store communication/call records and relevant contents (including the account information, order information, other information that you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information that you leave) to allow easy contact with you, solve problems for you as soon as possible or record the solution and result of relevant problems. If you consult, complain about or provide suggestions for a specific order, we will use your account information and order information.
For the reasonable need of provision of services and improvement of service quality, we may also use your other information, including relevant information that you provide when contacting with the customer service specialist, and the questionnaire information that you send to us when taking the survey.
(VIII) Comment, Q&A and Other Public Information Release Functions
After registering as a member of the Platform, you may release information to the public through the comment (including doctor evaluation and gratitude), Q&A and other information release functions we provide, including releasing live contents and posting comments and questions and answers as a member. In that process, we may collect your mobile phone number, name, sex, date of birth, city, relation with the patient and condition of illness. If the information that you released is salacious, violent or terrorism-related, or against network civilization, public order and good custom, or inconsistent with the facts upon verification by the Platform, we have the right to delete the information without your permission.
We may determine whether you can enjoy corresponding functions and permissions (for example, only a member that has purchased a certain commodity can answer the questions of other members about the commodity through Q&A) according to your membership type and weblog information.
Please be noted that the information that you released to the public may involve your or others’ personal information, location information and even personal sensitive information. If you choose to upload pictures including personal information at the time of evaluation, please consider more carefully whether to share and even disclose relevant information when using our services. If the information that you intend to release to the public involves any child’s personal information, you shall obtain the authorization of the involved child’s guardian. In such case, the guardian has the right to contact through the channels specified in Article 10 hereof, requiring to correct or delete the contents involving the child’s personal information.
(IX) Medical and Health Service Function
You may enjoy the medical and health services provided by operators at Seer Health platform or partners (hereinafter referred to as “third-party cooperative institutions”) of Seer Health , such as the following services (specific service contents and principals are subject to the ones displayed on the product page):
(X) Provide Security Guarantee
In order to enhance security when you use services provided by us and our associated companies and partners, protect your or other users’ or the public’s personal and property security, prevent phishing sites, frauds, network vulnerability, computer viruses, network attack, network intrusion and other security risks in a better way, identify the situations in violation of laws, regulations or relevant protocol rules of Seer Health platform more accurately, we may use or integrate your membership information, transaction information, device information, service log information and information that our associated companies and partners obtain with your authorization or share according to law to judge your account and transaction risks comprehensively, conduct authentication and testing and prevent security events, and take necessary recording, audit, analysis and disposal measures according to law.
(XI) Miscellaneous
1. If the information you intend to provide contains other users’ personal information, you shall ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such information to Seer Health platform .
2. You understand that when you use applets on Seer Health client, Seer Health client and the corresponding applet technical platform operator will provide technical support and relevant services for you jointly; for this purpose, Seer Health and the corresponding applet technical platform operator need to collect your device information and log information necessary for realization of related functions. Before using applet services, you shall have a full understanding of service functions and the personal information protection policy of the corresponding applet technical platform operator. If you refuse our or the corresponding applet technical platform operator’s collection of your information, please do not use relevant applet services on Seer Health client. In the event that you do not provide relevant information, your use of basic functions of Seer Health products or services will not be affected.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement, if we intend to use information for any purpose not stated in this Policy or the information collected for a particular purpose for any other or obtain your personal information from a third party initiatively, we will obtain your prior content.
If we intend to obtain your information from a third party, we will explicitly require the third party in writing to obtain your consent according to law, inform you of the information content to be shared and ask for your clear confirmation of any sensitive information involved before the third party provides such information to us, and ask the third party to make a commitment to the legality and compliance of the source of personal information. We will explicitly require the third party to bear corresponding legal responsibilities, provided that the third party commits illegal acts; meanwhile, our professional security team will reinforce security of personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information and access control). We will employ protection means and measures not inferior to the ones used for our own users’ personal information to protect the personal information acquired indirectly.
You fully understand and agree that we can collect and use your personal information without your consent in the following circumstances and we may not respond to your requests for correction/revision, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent and request for information:
(1) Information related to state security and national defense security;
(2) Information related to public security, public health and major public interests;
(3) Information related to criminal investigation, prosecution, judgment and execution of judgment and judicial or administrative enforcement;
(4) For the purpose of protecting your or other’s life and property and major legitimate interest, where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) Personal information that you made public;
(6) Personal information collected from the information legally disclosed to the public, such as legal news report and government information publicity.
(7) Information necessary for performance of the related agreement or other written documents concluded with you;
(8) Information necessary for maintenance of safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as detecting and processing product and/or service failures;
(9) Information necessary for legal news reports;
(10) Information necessary for academic research institutions’ statistics or academic research based on public interest. The personal information contained in the result of external academic research or description shall be de-identified;
(11) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please be noted that according to applicable law, if we take technical and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data receiver cannot re-identify a specific individual or recover the personal information or we may conduct research and statistical analysis and make predictions for information collected upon de-identification to improve the contents and layout of Seer Health platform, provide product or service support for business decision making and improve our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), we may use the data processed without giving a further notice to you or obtaining your consent separately.
II. How we share, transfer and disc lose your personal information
(I) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual other than the service provider of Seer Health platform, except in the following circumstances:
1) When you use the function of sharing/adding to WeChat or microblog or share pictures in your WeChat Moments or add pictures to WeChat Collection, we will collect and share with WeChat and microblog the pictures or contents that you choose in the application initiatively and not use the aforementioned information for correlation or tracking of users.
2) When you log onto the APP with your profile photo or nickname, we will provide WeChat login with the profile photo or nickname information you provided initiatively after confirming your authorization.
3) When you use customer services in the APP, we will share your username, nickname and profile photo with HOLLYCRM according to your authorization.
4) When you use the third-party payment function, we will collect and share your account information and contact information with Alipay and WeChat Pay to complete payment and settlement.
5) When you use the information push service, we will collect and share your device parameters and system information (device type, device model, system version and relevant hardware information); device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, GID, MAC, OAID, VAID, AAID, IMSI, MEID, UAID, SN, ICCID and SIM information); network information (IP address, WiFi information, base station information, DNS address, DHCP address, SSID and BSSID) and location information (longitude and latitude) with JPush according to your authorization.
6) When you use voice, text and video chat functions and the APP is in the background operating state, we will share the only device identification code (APNS Token, device serial number, AndroidID, OAID, GAID, IDFV, CID and MAC address); device operating state (SIM card status, USB status, charging state, battery capacity and level, screen lock time and start-up time); device information (device type, device brand and model, device manufacturer, device operating system version and name, edited version information, system kernel information, CPU model, device memory and storage size, screen luminance and resolution, device input equipment, device architecture, base band information, font HASH, HOSTNAME, miscellaneous function list and system process list); log information (device operating state (CPU and memory operating state), browser type and version information, network connection type and status, WIFISSID, WIFIBSSID, IP address, operator information, network agent, cloud communication service running log information) with NetEase YunXin to check the latest chat message in real time.
We will conduct strict security check on the application programming interface (API) and software development kit (SDK) through which our authorized partners acquire relevant information, agree with the authorized partners on strict data protection measures and order the authorized partners to process personal information according to our entrustment purpose, service description, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

To ensure realization of relevant functions of Seer Health and stable operation of applications, we will access to software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. Different versions of third-party SDKs may be different, usually including the type of onekey login, login with third-party accounts, notification message push, third-party payment, map navigation, manufacturer push, sharing and statistical. We will conduct strict security monitoring of the software development kits (SDKs) through which partners acquire information, to ensure data security. You may check data use and protection rules of third parties via the following links.

we protect your personal information

The information and documents about you gathered by us shall be stored on Seer Health servers, and may be sent to your home country or region or the locality where we gather the information and documents, and be accessed, stored and presented in such place. We have taken reasonable and feasible security protective measures in industry standard to protect the security of your personal information, and prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, revision, damage or loss of the personal information. We have designated the specialist to protect the children’s information, strictly configure the information access authority, apply the principle of minimum sufficient authorization for the staff who may access the children’s information, take technical measures to record and control the staff’s handling of the children’s information, and prevent the illegal copy and downloading of the children’s information.
(II) We have established the data security management system industry-advanced, data-oriented and data lifecycle centered, and enhanced the security of the system from the aspects of organizational building, system design, personnel management, and product technology, etc.
(III) We shall take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid the gathering of irrelevant personal information as far as possible.
We shall only store your personal information within the period required to fulfill the purpose prescribed in the Policy, unless the laws prescribe the statutory storage requirement, such as the storage period of commodity and service information & transaction information for no less than three years prescribed in the
E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China
, and the storage period of medical device transaction information and record for 2 years after the expiry date of the medical device prescribed in the
Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Sale of Medical Devices
, etc. We shall judge the aforesaid period according to the following standards:
1. Fulfill the transaction purpose related to you, maintain corresponding transaction and business record, and deal with the potential inquiry or complaint from you;
2. Guarantee the security and quality of the service offered by us to you;
3. Whether you agree on longer storage period;
4. Whether there is other special provision on the storage period.
After the storage period of your personal information expires, we shall delete or anonymize your personal information according to the requirement of the applicable laws.
(IV) The Internet is not unconditioned secure.
We strongly suggest that you

not send the personal information in the communication manner with compliance risks.
You may contact and share with each other through our service. When you create the communication, transaction or sharing through our service, you can autonomously choose the communication, transaction or sharing object as the third party who can view relevant information, such as your transaction details, contact information, exchange information or shared contents, etc.
Please be noted that the information voluntarily or publicly shared by you in the use of our service may involve your or others’ personal information, geographic location or even personal sensitive information, such as the picture containing your personal information uploaded by you for the comment. Please more meticulously consider whether to share or publicly share relevant information when using our service.
If our physical, technical or management protective facilities are damaged, lead to the unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of the information, and jeopardize your legal rights and interests, we shall undertake corresponding legal responsibilities. However, please understand we cannot always guarantee 100% information security in the industry of Internet due to technical limitations and potential malicious means though we do our best to strengthen the security measures. You are hereby informed that the system and communication network used by you to access our service may go wrong due to the factors beyond our control.
(V) We shall update and publicize the contents at irregular intervals, including the security risks, and personal information security impact assessment report, etc., which can be acquired from the announcement of Seer Health.
(VI) After the personal information security event unfortunately happens, we shall notify you of the followings according to the requirements of the laws and regulations: General condition and potential influence of the security event, the treatment measures taken or to be taken by us, the advice on your autonomous prevention and lowering of the risks, and remedial measures for you, etc. We shall notify you of relevant event condition via email, mail, phone call or push notification, etc. If it is difficult to notify the personal information subject, we shall publish the announcement in reasonable and efficient manner. Meanwhile, we shall report the treatment condition of personal information security event according to the requirements of the supervision department.

you manage your personal information
You can access and manage your personal information in the following manners:
(I) Access your personal information
You shall be entitled to access your personal information, unless otherwise prescribed by the laws and regulations. You can access your personal information on your own in the following manners:
Account information –If you need to access or edit the personal profile of your account, you can log in the account, and access or edit the profile in “My”.
Order information: You can view your order record and transaction record in “My Orders”, and delete your order record and transaction record through the system function (you can contact the customer service of Seer Health Platform to delete if some records cannot be deleted through the systematic deletion function).
If you cannot access such personal information in the aforesaid path, you can contact us through the customer service of Seer Health Platform at any time. We shall reply to your access request within 15 days.
We shall provide you with other personal information generated in your use of our product or service according to relevant arrangement prescribed in “(VI) Respond to your aforesaid requests” in this article.
(II) Correct or supplement your personal information
When you find any error in our handling of your personal information, you shall be entitled to require us to make corrections or supplement. You can submit the application for correction or supplement in the manner prescribed in “(I) Access your personal information”.
(III) Delete your personal information
You can delete part of your personal information in the manner prescribed in “(I) Access your personal information”.
You can submit the request for the deletion of personal information to us under the following situations:
1. We break the laws and regulations in the handling of the personal information;
2. We gather and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
3. We seriously violate the agreement with you in the handling of the personal information;
4. You no longer use our product or service, or proactively deregister the account;
5. We no longer provide you with any product or service.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we shall simultaneously notify the subjects acquiring your personal information from us as far as possible, and require such subject to delete in time, unless it is otherwise prescribed by the laws and regulations, or such subjects have acquired your independent authorization.
After you delete the information from our service, we may not immediately delete
corresponding information from the backup system, but shall delete such information at the time of backup update.
(IV) Change the scope of your authorization and consent
The business function can only be fulfilled with some basic personal information (refer to Part I of the Privacy Policy). In addition, you can contact the customer service of Seer Health Platform to grant or withdraw your authorization or consent to additional personal information gathering and use.
After you withdraw the consent, we shall no longer process corresponding personal information.
However, your decision to withdraw the consent shall not influence the previous personal information handling based on your authorization.
(V) Account deregistration
Based on the description of orientation of Seer Health Platform, the services of Seer Health Platform shall include the services under the account of Seer Health and aggregated redirected services.
1. You can apply for the registration of your account in the following manners: If you need to deregister the account on
Seer Health Platform, you can view the account deregistration process through the function “My – Settings – Deregister Account”, or contact us according to the contact information in Section XI and submit the application for Seer Health Platform’s account deregistration to us.
2. After you proactively deregister the account on Seer Health Platform, we shall stop offering the products or services of Seer Health Platform; simultaneously delete or anonymize relevant personal information of the service under Seer Health account according to the requirement of the applicable laws. Relevant personal information of the service under the aggregated redirected service shall no longer be presented on Seer Health Platform because you deregister the account on Seer Health Platform; but you can inquire about such information after redirecting and logging in to the third-party platform.
(VI) Respond to your aforesaid requests
To guarantee the security, you may need to provide written request or use other method to prove your identity. We may require you to verify your identity first, and then process your request.
We shall respond within 15 days. If you are dissatisfied, you may complain to the customer service of Seer Health Platform.
We shall not charge any fee for your reasonable request in principle. However, we shall charge certain fee for the cost as appropriate for the repeated request beyond reasonable limit. We may
reject the request repeated for no reason, requiring excessive technical means (such as the development of new system or substantial change of existing practices), bringing risks to others’ legal rights and interests, or extremely unrealistic.
We shall not respond to your request according to the requirements of the laws and regulations under the following situations:
1. Related to state security and national defense security;
2. Related to public security, public health and major public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution, etc.;
4. Sufficient evidence proves that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuses the rights;
5. The response to your request will seriously damage your or other individual/organization’s legal rights and interests;
6. Involving business secrets.
V. How
we process children’s personal information
We presume that you have corresponding capacity for civil conduct in e-commerce activities. Without the consent of the parents or the guardian, the minors shall not create their own Seer Health account. If you are underage, we hereby require that you ask your parents or other guardian to carefully read the Privacy Policy, and use our service or provide us with any information after acquiring the consent of your parents or other guardian.

The family and friend group will receive the warning of relevant diseases and symptoms purchased by any group member if such member agrees; only the creator of the group can receive the warning of diseases and symptoms for the group members.
(II) If the user creates and joins the family and friend group and groups of Seer Health, the user shall be liable to keep the accessible third-party personal information, warning of diseases and symptoms, and health report confidential.
(III) If the user creates and joins the family and friend group and groups of Seer Health, the user may set whether to publicize the user’s own health report to the members of the family and friend group or the groups, and the member of the family and friend group may select whether to initiate the warning of one’s own relevant diseases and symptoms to the family and friends.
(IV) If the user creates and joins the family and friend group and groups of Seer Health, and arbitrarily spreads the third-party information out of Seer Health without permission, such user shall undertake corresponding responsibility for third party whose personal information is spread, and bear relevant losses of Seer Health arising therefrom.
(V) Seer Health shall not bear the third party’s losses arising from the act of the users, but shall cooperate with the third party in the investigation and proof obtaining for the user’s act causing the losses.
(VI) The user’s creation and joining of the family and friend group and groups of Seer Health shall tacitly approve and observe the regulations of Seer Health on group privacy protection.

We shall store the personal information gathered and created in the operation in the People’s Republic of China in China, unless:
1. Otherwise explicitly prescribed in the laws and regulations;
2. Your explicit authorization is acquired;

Seer Health shall not undertake any legal responsibility with regard to the occurrence of the following affairs:
1. Seer Health provides your personal information according to the provisions of the laws or the requirement of relevant government;
2. You inform others of the user password or shares the registered account with others, and cause any leak of personal information, or any other leak of personal information occurs not for the reason of Seer Health;
3. Any dispute arises from any third party’s use of your personal information under the situations prescribed in the service terms and policies of Seer Health;
4. The website is temporarily shut down due to hacker attack, computer virus invasion or government regulation;
5. Any consequence arises from force majeure;
6. The user shall comprehensively understand that there is error between individual difference and software test, and comprehensively understand the reference level of health report;
7. The user may choose to consult and receive treatment in relevant specialty department with reference to relevant information of the health report; you are advised to immediately go to hospital if you have any symptom or discomfort;
8. Seer Health shall not undertake any responsibility for the user’s underlying disease and other illness when the health report does not identify the disease;
9. The method of use or the situation subject to disclaimer stated in the service terms and policies of Seer Health.

Without your explicit consent, we shall not restrict your due rights prescribed herein. We shall remind you of the update of relevant contents through publishing the updated version on the special website of Seer Health Platform or other platform or in other method, and you are kindly advised to visit our website to be informed of the latest privacy policy in time.
We shall provide more remarkable notification for major change (including the notification in the form of announcement on Seer Health Platform or even pop-up window reminder).
The major changes herein shall include but not be limited to:

The Privacy Policy constitutes part of User Agreement of Seer Health . In case of any discrepancy “User Agreement of Seer Health” between and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
